Veronica is one of The Office’s oldest and most mature characters, although that doesn’t guarantee she’s smartest. While often serving as a “straight man” to other cast members’ antics, she herself engages in questionable actions from time to time – whether charging everyone at ISIS $600 just so she could claim they all slept with her as revenge against Cyril for cheating, or holding up a firefight on space station until other agents conceded her breasts remain perfect – Veronica never ceases surprising everyone with creative plans designed solely around getting what she wants – whatever her motivations!
She boasts an extensive television resume, including The Drew Carey Show (1995) where she played Niki Fifer – girlfriend to Drew Carey; Norm MacDonald’s romantic interest on Norm (1999); and as reporter Lois Lane in Temple Grandin (2011) receiving great critical acclaim.
Since then, she’s appeared in more movies such as Paul Thomas Anderson’s The Master (2012) as Sydney Prosser; and Tim Burton’s biopic Big Eyes (2014) where she plays real-life artist Margaret Keane. Additionally, she’s voiced mutant Jean Grey in 2016 film X-Men: Apocalypse narrated an audiobook version and provided narration for Dangerous Women anthology by Lev Grossman’s short story The Girl in the Mirror; also narration the audiobook edition; voiced character in Dangerous Women anthology by Lev Grossman as Margaret Keane herself!
